I am ready

Hello to all-
I am so so ready to lose some weight, I need some good competition to make me motivated. So bring your game faces to the contest so I can lose some weight. I am wanting to post some pics on here of everyone, since we don't all know eachother I thought it might be helpful to at least see who you are competing against. That way we can do some before and after pictures as well. Don't be worried, we are all in this for the same reason! I want this contest to be a little bit different so I am trying some new things. Let me know if you have any suggestions or things you would like to have me do. I can't say I can do them all (I do only have so many hours in a day) but I would love to hear what you have to say.

Katies favorite song is Extra Terrestrial by Katy Perry (but she says she is embarassed to admit it.) She loves to run, watch her kids play sports, watch movies, and be with her family. She has been married for 13 years and has 4 kids. Her goal is to get to a weight that she can maintain.

Erika Brough
My favorite song to work out to right now is Mercy by Duffy. But it changes daily it seems.
I love to bake, go camping and 4 wheeling, and spending time with my family.
I have been married for 10 years and have 4 kids. They are 9-7-4-18 mon. They are super fun!
My goal is to lose 30 lbs. but I would love to just feel better about myself. So I'm gonna go strong and see where I get.

Jessica Brough Rihanna and some Collective Soul are both upbeat and motivating. As for my fave workout songs, I would say She Wolf by Shakira and My Body by Young the Giant. -Cupcake baking and decorating, Anything summer (boating, laying out in the sun, swimming), My very favorite thing…road trips with my husband! -Mark and I just celebrated our 2 year anniversary in September. No kiddos, just enjoying being the 2 of us for now. -Health goal-get back to my “fighting weight” of 120 pounds and drop at least 2 jean sizes.

She likes to be with her family and friends, she says I like gardening, photography and decorating cakes.
She has been married for 12 years and has 4 kids 2 boys and 2 girls.
Her goal is to feel healthier, Emily says she loves sugar and would like to start making better food choices. But she said she would also like to lose some weight as well.

Cody Case-
Her favorite song is Stary eyed surprise (diet coke commercial)
She enjoys sewing, reading, going to lunch with friends, and spending time with her family.
She has been married for 15 years and has 4 kids
Her goal is to be 128 lbs-tan and looking younger:) I hear ya Cody in every way!

Kaye Clemmons-
She said that she doesn't really have a favorite but she loves 50's and 60's music (she claims that makes her old) Not the case!
She loves to golf and go cruising
She has been married for 11 1/2 years to the most amazing man in the world she says. Between them they have 6 children and 8 grandchildren with a 9th on the way that is due on Christmas day.
Kaye said my goal is to get healthy and trim and try to stay that way this time. I want to lose 30 pounds, but that won't happen in this short of time, so my goal is 15 pounds and then by May I want to have lost all 30 so that when we go cruising to Puerto Rico, I am slim and trim and look damn good.
